It is reported that on May 6, China’s fourth-generation independent quantum computing measurement and control system “Benyuan Tianji 4.0” was launched, marking that the quantum computing industry has the ability to replicate and iterate engineering production, laying the industrial foundation for the mass production of 100-bit quantum computers.

According to the Benyuan Quantum team, through a series of underlying software and hardware architectures that are completely independently developed, the efficient control and accurate reading of quantum chips can be further enhanced, greatly shortening the development and delivery time of quantum computers.

In addition, “Benyuan Tianji 4.0” is also equipped with four core software – quantum computing measurement and control system server management software Naga&Venus, superconducting quantum bit underlying control service software Monster, full-interface quantum chip control and analysis application software Visage, and quantum computer operating system connection software Storm, which will rewrite the traditional mode of superconducting quantum chip debugging.

Frequent progress in quantum computing
Coincidentally, recently, researchers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology achieved strong nonlinear light-matter coupling through quartz couplers in superconducting circuits, demonstrating significant progress in the field of quantum computing.

The team said that this breakthrough uses a new device to enhance the interaction between quantum bits and photons, which is expected to achieve unprecedented quantum computing and readout speeds – 10 times faster than previous methods.
