Microsoft said on Tuesday it plans to acquire video game maker Activision Blizzard for 95 dollars per share, in an all-cash deal valued at 68.7 billion dollars. The planned acquisition of the US firm includes iconic franchises like Warcraft, Diablo, Overwatch, Call of Duty and Candy Crush in addition to global eSports activities through Major League Gaming.
