SAN DIEGO — One of the first things you notice when speaking to Zion Clark is how fast he talks and how many ideas he’s juggling at the same time. The 24-year-old wrestling and track athlete — who was born without legs — is in a hurry to accomplish as much as he can, as quickly as he can.
