Charlotte Branford would approach people at Membury services or other fuel stations in Wiltshire and West Berkshire with a sob story, asking for petrol money. But it was all lies. Now 41-year-old Branford, of Godolphin Close, Swindon, Wiltshire, has been issued with a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO).
