You may already know the Ford F-150 Lightning started production late last month. Ford CEO Jim Farley told Fox Business that the truck’s existence stems from a major investor who suggested Ford go electric with America’s best selling vehicle. The actual investor name was not mentioned in the article, presumably for personal privacy sake but it’s safe to say now that the suggestion may have paid off in a big way.
