The European Union’s foreign policy chief Josep Borrell on Saturday urged Lebanese politicians to speed up forming a long-delayed government and start much needed reforms in the crisis-hit country. “We cannot provide this help without progress on the reform process – reforms that the country needs to undertake to overcome the current crisis,” Borrell said in Beirut. “So, let me be clear: We have the resources and the willingness to help more.
