Auburn Men’s Basketball On Probation, Coach Bruce Pearl Serving Two Game Suspension

The Auburn Tigers men’s basketball program has been placed on a four-year probation which includes restrictions on scholarships and recruiting. The school will be fined $5,000 and 3% of the program’s budget. They will lose two scholarships. Coach Bruce Pearl will also serve a two-game suspension for not adequately monitoring former assistant, Chuck Person, and refusing to comply with the interview process during the investigation.
