A new dining option is opening this weekend at American Dream. Jarana — a Spanish term for a raucous celebration filled with food, music and libations — is located on the third floor of the mega-mall in the Meadowlands. It serves up Peruvian cuisine using woks, charcoal grilling, unique flavors and rustic presentations.
